2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted when we dispatch the products or send a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email does not itself constitute acceptance.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices on the site are displayed in UGX and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
• We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• If an item is incorrectly priced, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the order and refund any charged amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of damage or loss passes to you on delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are explained in full on the Returns & Refunds page. Ensure you read that page for eligibility, timelines, and the returns process. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection where applicable.

6. Taxes

Where applicable, prices include VAT. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes for deliveries outside Uganda where such taxes apply.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once an order has been dispatched it must be returned under the returns process (see Returns & Refunds).

8. Warranty, Defects & Replacements

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product—see the product page or included documentation. For defective items, contact support with your order number and photos to begin a warranty or replacement claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-appliance UG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to purchased products will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content—text, images, logos and graphics—are owned by or licensed to E-appliance UG. You may not reuse site content without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts of Uganda.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree to the terms of that policy.
