Store Pickup (Click & Collect) Policy

Store Pickup (Click & Collect) provides a fast, convenient way to place your order online and collect it from our Kampala showroom once it is ready. This service is available for eligible in-stock items.
1. Eligibility for Store Pickup
Store Pickup is available for:
- Items that are currently in stock at our Kampala store
- Orders completed through the E-appliance UG website
- Customers able to collect within our working hours
If an item is not eligible for pickup, the option will not appear at checkout.
2. Pickup Location
All order collections are made from our showroom:

3. How Store Pickup Works
- Select Store Pickup at checkout.
- Complete your order using your preferred payment method.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation via email.
- Our team prepares your order for collection.
- We notify you by SMS, email or phone once your order is ready for pickup.
- Bring your ID and confirmation message to collect your order.
4. Pickup Timeframes
- Same-day pickup is available for in-stock items ordered during working hours.
- Orders placed after business hours will be ready the next working day.
- If an item requires internal transfer or inspection, we will communicate the expected pickup time.
5. Pickup Requirements
Please provide the following when collecting your order:
- Your Order Number
- A valid ID (Nat ID, Passport, Driver’s License)
- Your Pickup Notification message
If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must present:
- Your order details
- A copy of your ID
- Their own valid ID
6. Holding Period
We will hold your ready-for-pickup order for 5 days. After this period:
- Items may be returned to inventory
- Refunds or credits will follow our Payment and Returns Policies
- You may need to place a new order if stock changes
7. Uncollected Orders
If you do not collect your order within the holding period, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response:
- Your order may be cancelled
- A restocking fee may apply for certain items
- Your payment may be refunded or credited according to policy
8. Changing From Pickup to Delivery
To switch from Store Pickup to Delivery:
- Contact us before collection
- Delivery fees may apply depending on location
- Delivery timeframes depend on courier availability
9. Damaged or Missing Items at Pickup
Before leaving the store, please:
- Inspect the packaging
- Confirm item quantity and condition
