If the tag is stationary and out of direct Bluetooth range, the SmartTag 2 can play a sound from its built‑in buzzer to help you locate it faster.
Lost Mode enhances recovery chances: if someone finds your lost item, they can scan the SmartTag 2’s NFC chip with a smartphone to view your pre‑registered contact details — even if their device isn’t a Galaxy phone.
