Ordering

Browse products, add items to your cart and follow checkout steps. Choose delivery or store pickup and select a payment method (Bank Transfer, Cheque for approved customers, or Cash on Delivery where available).

Contact us immediately at info@eappliances.ug or 0701299647. We can usually modify or cancel orders before dispatch. After dispatch, follow the Returns & Refunds process.

Payments

We accept Bank Transfer, Cheque (for corporate/approved customers) and Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Send proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot) to info@eappliances.ug. Orders are processed once our accounts team confirms receipt.

For high-value items we may request a partial deposit before dispatch. COD eligibility for large appliances may be restricted.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — same-day delivery is available within Kampala and nearby areas for in-stock items ordered before the same-day cut-off displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery times (from dispatch): Kampala & major towns: 1–3 business days; Other regions: 2–5 business days. Same-day applies where eligible.

We send tracking details by email/SMS after dispatch. If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, contact support.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window for eligible, unused items starting from delivery. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours for immediate assistance.

Report defects to info@eappliances.ug with your order number, photos and a description. We will advise inspection and next steps per manufacturer warranty.

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping. For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Select Store Pickup at checkout if available. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect.

B2B & Trade

Yes. We support trade accounts with volume pricing, dedicated support and priority dispatch. Email trade enquiries to info@eappliances.ug.

Yes — for corporate and bulk purchases we provide formal invoices, delivery notes and warranty documentation as required.
