E-appliance UG is a Kampala-based retailer specialising in consumer appliances, home electronics and power solutions. We source verified products from trusted brands, provide clear warranty and returns policies, and deliver fast across Uganda — including same-day delivery in Kampala for in-stock items.
Our story
Founded to solve a common problem — access to dependable appliances with local support — E-appliance UG began as a showroom and grew into a full e-commerce retailer. Our founders combined retail experience, technical service knowledge and logistics capability to build a company focused on trust, clarity and fast service.

Visit our showroom at Kooki Tower, Buganda Road — Level 6, Shop No. 647, Kampala. You can also select Store Pickup (Click & Collect) at checkout to collect your order when it's ready.

Delivery & logistics
We offer multiple delivery options and work with trusted couriers for doorstep delivery across Uganda. For in-stock items we provide same-day delivery within Kampala (orders placed before the cut-off time). Outside Kampala, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days depending on location.
Warranty & after-sales
Products sold include manufacturer warranties where applicable. E-appliance UG facilitates warranty claims, repairs and authorised returns per our Warranty and Returns policies. For warranty claims, keep your proof of purchase and contact support with photos and the order number.
B2B & trade
We support trade accounts, bulk orders and corporate procurement. Benefits for trade customers may include volume pricing, dedicated account support and priority dispatch. For trade enquiries email info@eappliances.ug with your company details and requirements.
